Child Nutrition
The Child Nutrition Services Department provides tasty and nutritious meals daily to all San Marcos CISD students, faculty, and staff. In addition to the regular menu, the San Marcos High School cafeteria offers salads, freshly made pizza, deli sandwiches, a variety of freshly prepared entrees, vegetables and fruits, as well as baked products.

For Your Information

Menus are planned on a four week cycle (PreK - eighth grade) or three week cycle (high school), with cycle one being the first week of school.

Prepayment of meals is encouraged. We accept checks only for the amount of the meal or total amount of prepayment. Make checks payable to San Marcos CISD Child Nutrition Services.

Child Nutrition Programs are available to all children without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, age, or handicap. Applications for free/reduced priced meals are available at your school campus or the Child Nutrition office any time during the school year. Charges for meals not permitted. Menus subject to change.

Please register at www.govbids.com to be put on San Marcos CISD's vendor list. 
Registration is free if you check the site yourself for posted RFPs.  It is $30 a year to be notified by email or fax everytime something relevant is posted.
You will also receive notices from the City of San Marcos, Bexar County, San Antonio ISD, plus others.

The Technology Department provides quality, timely service and support to our "customers", the students and staff of SMCISD.

Transportation

The San Marcos CISD Department of Pupil Transportation is dedicated to fully supporting the educational goals of the school district through service. The Department of Pupil Transportation provides the following services:

Lost and Found Items

Our drivers check their buses after every run for lost items. If you are looking for an item left on the school bus, please contact the Transportation Center at the following times for assistance:

After 9:00am for the morning run
After 5:00pm for the afternoon run

Hours of Operation

  • Fall/Spring - 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Summer - 6:00am to 4:30pm
