| Technology is constantly changing to meet the demands of the workforce, entertainment and the demanding need to keep up with the rest of the World. As quickly as technology is changing, the technological needs of students are changing. | ||||||
| Students who were born into families speaking a language other than English face an enormous challenge. These students must master English, study the usual load of core subjects, and continue to advance academically in their primary language. They have to do it all at once. Plus, these students are also faced with the challenge of passing state exams for graduation. | ||||||
| This project is an effort to prevent students from sitting lost in class and not graduating. This project will help them succeed in high school and beyond. All along, enriching our society with the special perspective of those people who have experienced two cultures. As a school district, we know that we can make a difference. | ||||||
