Hi! My name is Jackie Diaz and I will be your child’s first grade teacher. It’s going to be a fun year filled with lots of learning and new adventures. I want to know all about you and your family but first here are a few things you should know about me! I was raised down in the valley and moved to San Marcos after high school to attend Texas State University. I graduated in 2008 with a degree in elementary education. This will be my eleventh year teaching. I know where your child needs to be and I will do everything I can to get them ready for the future. I enjoy working with young students that are excited to learn and have fun at the same time. This is going to be a great year!
