Welcome to my page! 

My name is Ms. Macias and I'm a 3rd grade homeroom teacher and a 2nd/3rd Math and Science teacher here at Bowie Elementary. I am originally from Houston, TX and moved to San Marcos in 2014. I attended Texas State University and graduated in 2017. 

This will be my second year at Bowie and I am so excited for all the new changes our campus has taken on. I absolutely love motivating and inspiring young learners. Teaching is truly my passion, and I am so overjoyed to be able to share these experiences.
