    SMCISD wants to ensure families and students have access to technical support while learning at home. The Student Support Hotline is available Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. Please be patient while the line searches for an available technician.

    For instructional support regarding your child's lesson or assignment, please reach out to your student's teacher during their designated office hours.

  • For Chromebook support, a technician may ask for a Chrome Remote Desktop code. 

    1. Visit https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
    2. Click generate code.
    3. Provide the code to technician.
    4. Share your screen with the technician.
