Mr. LD Johnson III is the proud Assistant Principal at Goodnight Middle School and is currently grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the lives of students and the San Marcos CISD community.
Mr. Johnson was recently the Assistant Principal in Crandall ISD for five years. Previously, he served as an educator in Dallas ISD and San Marcos High School.

Mr. LD Johnson III received his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University-San Marcos in Science and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University Of Texas in Arlington. He is currently a doctoral student at Baylor University and is a transformative leader who seeks to inspire others to lifelong learning and global stewardship.
