State & Federal Programs
The San Marcos CISD State & Federal Programs Department offers compliance guidance, resources, and support in the areas of Titles I, II, III, IV and Compensentory Education (CE) programs. Our mission is to serve those who serve our students, parents, families, and communities while meeting the programmatic mandates and intents of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
26-27 Public Comment on Federal Grant Applications
In accordance with the district's Board Policy CB(LOCAL)-A1, the District shall provide public notice of federal grant applications through an information item at a Board meeting and by publishing information on the District's website. The District shall make opportunities for public input available as required by law or by the granting agency.
