  1. Failure to meet Student Responsibilities under Student School Choice Transfer 
  2. The information provided in the application is not accurate. 
  3. The campus being requested has reached capacity at a grade level/campus.   
  4. A continuing transfer may be denied due to the growth of a campus.
  5. Documented patterns of truancy, late arrivals, early pick-ups, and late pick-ups, and violation of the student code of conduct. 
  6. The parent/guardian is no longer an employee of San Marcos CISD.
  7. The educational needs of the student can be met at the student’s zoned campus.
  8. 10 absences which include tardies anytime throughout the year. 
  9. 3 Discipline referrals or DAEP anytime throughout the year.
