Student Transfer Reasons

Allowable student transfers with priority given in the following order:

1. Complete 5th or 8th grade at the school a student has been attending
2. District employee child requesting within feeder pattern of employee’s work location
3. District employee child requesting outside of feeder pattern of employee’s work location
4. Specific program desired (i.e. Dual Language, CTE, Advanced Academics, Special Education)
5. Moving within 60 days (proof required)
6. Continued transfer
7. Sibling of a continuing transfer
8. Other
