Click the 360° photo below to explore one of the two Culinary Kitchen labs available to students, where they work in industry standard environments to learn the skills and operation techniques necessary for a career in the Culinary Industry. Partnerships with local businesses allow students to work in real kitchen and food service spaces, plus students plan and create many different on-campus events for actual clients. Students completing this Program of Study can earn a Food Protection Manager Certification.
