Welcome to an exciting year at SMHS!  I'm thrilled to be teaching at my alma mater and in the community where I grew up in.   I worked at Texas State for 15 years and had the honor of teaching Spanish I, II, III-Honors in Luling at the high school (LHS) for another 15 years.   I started my teaching career in 2016 at SMHS working with the ESL program and currently teaching Spanish II and Spanish II-PreAP. 

On a personal note, I have four brothers and three sisters who have all graduated from SMHS.  I also have a daughter and son who graduated from SMHS, plus two grandchildren who are enrolled in the elementary schools.   Go Rattlers!
