Mr. Roy Hartman

I have been a science teacher at San Marcos High School since 2011.  I joined the teaching staff here shortly after graduating from Texas State University (eat 'em up, eat 'em up, go cats go!) with a BS in Biology and minors in Anthropology and Life Science Education.  I teach Chemistry, academic and PreAP, and Food Science.  I have a passion for the outdoors as well as science and sharing my love of learning and knowledge with others.

  • I am available for conferences during first period, 8:20-9:11, Monday-Friday.

    I will be available for student tutorials every morning, Monday-Thursday, from 7:45 until classes begin.  

    I will be available after school for tutorials, Monday-Thursday, until 4:30, by appointment only.

    Lunch tutorial will be updated once it is determined.
