Born in Corpus Christi, I went to Flour Bluff High School. Southwest Texas State University is where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2000. In 2002, I returned to SWT for my All-Level Art Certification. After four years of teaching middle school, I began working at San Marcos High School in 2006. I have taught many subjects in the arts at San Marcos High School including Art I, Art I Inclusion, Drawing II, III, IV, Sculpture II, III, IV, Painting and Public Arts II, III, IV, Ceramics II, III, IV, AP Studio Art: Drawing, 2-D Design and 3-D Design. I am very active in the arts. I still show my work in various gallery settings. I work in Printmaking, Ceramics and Painting.
