My name is Cheryl Antu. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University also known as Texas State University.  I have been teaching for 19 years, 17 of those years have been at Travis Elementary.  I am married and have 2 children. My oldest, Cailee,  is attending Austin Community College, and my youngest, Julia, will be a sophomore at San Marcos High School. I love to spend time with my family. My youngest is an avid volleyball player and I spend a lot of time driving her around. This year she will be working on getting her driver's license. I enjoy reading books, watching my daughter play volleyball, and hanging out with friends. Some of my indulgents are Sonic cokes, colorful pens, and chocolate. I look forward to having a successful school year.
