Welcome to our Kindergarten class! My name is Lindsay Reyes, and I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year.  This year is going to be a fabulous one! We will be working very hard and having lots of fun as we go along.  You will truly be amazed at all your child will learn this year.

I was born and raised in a small town in North Texas called Iowa Park, Texas.  I attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.  After graduating, I moved to San Marcos and fell in love with the town.  I began working in the San Marcos CISD schools as a sub and tutor, and that’s when I found my home at Travis Elementary.  I am now going on my fourteenth year of teaching, all of them in Kindergarten.  I absolutely love Kindergarten; it’s where my heart and passion are.  Here in San Marcos, I met and married my amazing husband.  I have an adorable, spunky daughter who is a third grader here at Travis Elementary.
