I was born and raised in Cypress, Texas and grew up in a family of educators. I graduated Cum Laude from Texas State with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Early Childhood Education. My certifications include an EC-4 Generalist Teacher and an EC-12 Special Education Teacher. This will be my 11th year working in San Marcos CISD and I am so excited to be working with the amazing teachers, staff and administrators at Bowie Elementary!

My husband and I welcomed our first child, Adileigh, in November 2017 and we have a dog, Ceci(Pom/Terrier mix). My extracurricular activities include spending time with family, playing with my dog, hiking, kayaking, yoga, reading, walking, jogging, painting, cooking, traveling when possible and watching UT football.
