I am excited to start my 16th year in education! I was born and raised outside of Portland, Oregon and then made a big move to Nevade where my education career started in 2001. I taught first grade for three years outside of Carson City, Nevada and then headed to Arizona in 2004. I then took a few years off to start a family and taught from 2007-2016 in Glendale, Arizona. While in Arizona, I taught a variety of subjects in 4th-6th grades. My family and I moved to Texas in May 2016. This is my third year at Bowie and I can't wait for a great year as a multi-age 2-5th grade Math/Science teacher.
