Hi Families!

Welcome to the 2018-2019 School Year.  My name is Miss Rogers and I will be your kiddo's Kinder or First Grade Math and Science teacher! It is going to be a fun filled year with lots of learning and new adventures. I want to know about all of you and your families, but first here are a few things you should know about me!  I was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas.  I went to Texas Tech University in Lubbock and graduated with a Bachelors in Retail Management, and Minor in Business Administration.  I have always enjoyed working with kids who are excited to learn, so I decided to get my teaching certification alternatively through Texas Teachers.  This is my second year teaching but third year at Bowie. This school is my home away from home and love coming each and every day. I am very excited to be a part of the Voyagers this year and to teach a multi-age class. I know where your child needs to be and I will do everything I can to get them ready for the future.  I am excited to learn and grow with your child this year!
