I have been teaching chemistry for 10 years, and currently, I am teaching AP Chemistry.  I am focused on giving my students a hands-on learning experience to make chemistry come life.  I'm a small-town nerdy girl who believes that every student can learn if they have people who believe in them.  I have presented at CAST, Google summit, BCCE, San Marcos CISD trainings, and Hays CISD trainings encouraging blended instruction.  Additionally, I am the Instructional Coach for the science department here at San Marcos High School.  Outside of school I love crocheting, crafting, working in my garden, or playing my flute.
