I am one of the Culinary Arts Instructor at San Marcos High, working my 5th year at SMHS and 16th year teaching.

I currently teach Culinary Arts, Advanced Culinary Arts, and Practicum in Culinary Arts.

My degree is in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management.
