San Marcos CISD would like to thank you for a great first day of Remote Learning. Today was not perfect, but SMCISD will continue to learn and better prepare each day to provide the best Remote Learning experience for your student(s). Below you will find a guide to a better tomorrow:
The issue that prevented automatic installation of Apps for some PK thru 1st grade iPads appears to be fixed. The SMCISD Technology Department is monitoring closely before closing the case with the iPad management software company.
Child Nutrition Free Curbside Meal Update
SMCISD is offering curbside meals for all children 18 years and younger at all SMCISD campuses, except Miller Middle School due to construction. Breakfast and lunch will be provided in one bag per child from 10:30AM - 12:30PM, Monday through Friday. Please remember to bring one of the following if child is not present in the vehicle:
· Official letter or email from school listing enrolled children
· Individual student report card
· Attendance record from parent portal of school website
· Birth certificate of child
· Student ID card
SMCISD wants to ensure families and students have access to technical support while learning at home. The Student Support Hotline is available Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. Student Support Hotline: (512) 757-8880. Please be patient while the line searches for an available technician.
For instructional support regarding your child's lesson or assignment, please reach out to your student's teacher during their designated office hours.
