We encourage students, parents, and employees to discuss their concerns and complaints through informal conferences with the appropriate teacher, principal, or other campus staff. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level.
You may also make an additional step of an informal concern or complaint by filling this "Rattler Cares" to be reviewed by the central administration leadership team.
If an informal conference/resolution regarding a complaint fails to reach an outcome satisfactory to the student, parent, or employee then you may initiate the formal process by filing a written complaint form.
