Your child will be in a classroom with a teacher, Amber Segura and an Instructional Assistant, Becky Cruz. Our class will start with 19 students but that number will most likely increase as students enroll! :)

I believe that a good parent-teacher relationship is very important for the success of our students. Throughout the year, I will communicate with you through notes in the communication folder (purple folder), telephone calls, e-mail, texts, report cards and parent-teacher conferences. I ask that please no family member visits during the first month of school in order to give the children time to adjust to the new environment and routines!

Phone: This year we are using SchoolStatus and each child will have a different number linked to me. You will be able to call me and text me from that number! I'll update you on the number you can reach me at once it becomes available! 

 Most calls received during class time will go directly to voicemail; calls will be answered as soon as possible during planning time or after school. I encourage you to send a text message instead. I will be able to see it and respond much more quickly. 

 Please, phone calls and texts will be received from 7am-6pm. Thank you for understanding!
