Mrs. Mendoza

Hi, I am Brenda Mendoza and this is my 10th year as a  Kindergarten teacher at Crockett Elementary School. I truly believe that learning should be a fun and engaging experience for everyone.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two daughters and I love to travel and learn about different cultures and languages. I was born and raised in Mexico and 10 years ago my husband and I decided to pursue our teaching career in Texas and so far it has been an amazing experience. I believe in kinesthetic learning and that's why in my classroom you will see a lot of movement, singing, dancing and hands on activities. I also believe that we can achieve powerful thinking and learning when students interact, share ideas and help each other. My objective is to make every single one of my students feel happy, motivated and have fun while they learn.
