I was born in Irving, Texas, and am proud to be a Dallas Cowboy fan for life!  I have been married for 12 years, and have an 8 year old and a 9 year old, both boys.  I taught at Kyle Elementary School for 7 years.  I then took a few years off while teaching Mother's Day out, and eventually teaching at a small private school here in town.  This is my fourth year back in the public school classroom.  As a family, we enjoy being outdoors, camping, kayaking, bike riding, and playing around in and out of the San Marcos River.
