Welcome to 3rd grade!   This will be my 11th year at DeZavala and I am so excited for this year to begin!! During my years here I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. This year I will be your child's Reading and Writing teacher.  

I am originally from Louisiana, but moved to San Antonio when I was 3.  I graduated from Texas State in 2008 with a degree in Early Education.  After attending college and student teaching in San Marcos I decided that this is where I wanted to teach, and have been here ever since. :) 

I currently live in New Braunfels with my husband, our son Noah, our dog, and cat.  I enjoy gardening, spending time at the Frio, crafting, and reading.
