Mr. Truman R. Phelps
Mr. Phelps teaches Industrial Technology and Principles of Applied Engineering at Owen Goodnight Middle School.
He sponsors the Goodnight Makers, which is the after school robotics and digital making club.
He was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and has an awesome wife and two wild children.
