We will have our PK Round-Up on April 28th, 2021 at Bonham Pre-K (1225 HWY 123) 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. Online registration will begin April 5th, 2021.
Once online registration is complete, please arrive to Bonham Pre-K on April 28th, 2021, with the following documents:
- Official Birth Certificate
- Photo Identification of parent/guardian enrolling student. Acceptable forms of ID include Driver’s License, Passport, DPS Issued ID Card, or Military ID.
- Child’s Social Security card (preferred. If your child does not have a social security number or you choose not to share it, we will issue your child a state-assigned ID number in lieu of a social security number.)
- Current immunization record signed by a physician
- Proof of Residency in SMCISD – Current electric, water, or gas bill, or copy of a lease.
If you do not have all the documents, you will not be able to complete registration on this date.
