Congratulations to 10 San Marcos High School seniors who completed the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce's San Marcos Youth Leadership program: Mireya Acosta, Ysabel Castillo, Rowan Cockrell, Eliana Hurtado, Dominic LeMar, Brianna Martinez, Ashary Navarro Cante, Walter Navarro, Adetilewa Saliuokeola, and Alexandra Vazquez.

 The San Marcos Youth Leadership program aims to foster and encourage students to participate as leaders in their schools and communities.

Our seniors celebrated their accomplishment during a graduation ceremony on Tuesday, April 23, where they heard a keynote speech from Texas State University President Dr. Kelly Damphousse. Students also shared what they learned from the program, and how it's helped them grow as leaders.
