For the 2024-2025 school year, a new physical is required for all incoming 7th, 9th and 11th grade student-athletes and any student that does not currently have a physical on file with San Marcos CISD Athletics.
Incoming 8th, 10th, and 12th grade student athletes that do have a physical on file with San Marcos CISD Athletics are not required to get a new physical for the 2024- 2025 school year.
All 7th-12th gradestudent-athletes must complete the 2024-2025 UIL and SMCISD Consent Forms online via Rank One.

The online UIL/SMCISD consent forms are under the Electronic Documents section. There are 5 forms total to be submitted individually- once all 5 forms are submitted, a confirmation email will be sent.
