Ms. Thalia Fraizer

Ms. Frazier began her journey in education at San Marcos CISD's Travis Elementary in 2018. She taught 3rd and 4th grade. During her time at Travis, Ms. Frazier served on the school redesign team and the Superintendent Teacher Leadership Advisory Council. Leading the pilot that led to the district-wide adoption of Eureka, a high-quality math curriculum.

Ms. Frazier grew up in Schertz, Texas, where she graduated from Steele High School. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education and English as a Second Language. She later earned her Master’s Degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University. 

Ms. Frazier has two sons who also attend school in the district. Her educational philosophy is to take a holistic approach in encouraging all scholars to discover and achieve their goals by nurturing the whole child. Ms. Frazier is excited to partner with scholars, staff, parents, and the community to equitably provide experiences and social-emotional guidance. As well as, advocate, lead, and collaborate in order to foster opportunities for student success.
