Barbara Montana is the Parent Liaison at Rodriguez Elementary school. Mrs. Montana was born and raised here in San Marcos , Texas. She is happily married to her best friend and has two daughters and a son. Her pastimes include traveling, music, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Barbara has served the community for over 10 years as a volunteer and founded a non-profit organization called Head to Toe. Her non-profit provides SMCISD students with back-to-school essentials. Helping her students and families is a challenge that she is honored to accept daily.  She strives to create a community of learners in a positive and fun environment. Her commitment as the Parent Liaison is to support the home-school connection and provide support to families, students and teachers.
