Mrs. Elizabeth Nash

Mrs. Nash is originally from the small town of Brady, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.  During the last semester of college, she completed student teaching in San Marcos at Miller Middle School in seventh grade Language Arts.  She then went on to work at Miller for the next four years, teaching seventh grade Language Arts and eighth grade U.S. History.

After four years at Miller Middle School, she moved across town to Goodnight Middle School where she taught sixth grade Language Arts for two years.  She also started her Master’s degree at the same time through Concordia University in Austin, and graduated with her Masters of Education in Educational Administration in May of 2015. Upon graduation, she accepted a job as an Assistant Principal at Goodnight.  She spent four years as an Assistant Principal at Goodnight, and has transitioned back to Miller Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year.  She works closely with discipline, curriculum, student academic performance, student data, and RtI.  She looks forward to a great year at Miller, partnering with teachers, students, and parents to create relationships centered on student success and growth of the student as a whole.
