After graduating high school in Irving, Texas, Ms. Gaston went to Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina where she received a bachelor’s degree in Music and in English.  She then taught Language Arts in Phoenix, Arizona and in Austin, Texas before settling in San Marcos.  She has taught for over 20 years and is proud of having started the Theater Arts program here at Goodnight Middle School as well as watching it grow and flourish.
