Miss Alyson LeCroy graduated from Belhaven University in 2016 with a B.F.A. in Visual Art, mainly focusing in traditional darkroom photography. Before teaching, she was the studio assistant for Artist Makoto Fujimura, documenting his process and work in his studio. She also interned at and served as the Collections Assistant at the Center for Photography at Woodstock in Woodstock, NY. In 2021, She completed an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Right after, Miss LeCroy joined SMHS' Art team for her first year of teaching. She is excited to share her passion and love of Art and Photography to each student she has in the classroom.
