This scholarship seeks to reward motivated learners by supporting a community of innovative minds who rely on the digital realm to enrich their learning experiences. 

Any high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who is a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident who uses online platforms, tools, and resources to further their learning and knowledge application may apply for this scholarship.
