The Rice Harrington Memorial Art Scholarship is a $3000 allotment available to graduating
seniors from San Marcos High School, to be used for further education in the arts at an
accredited college or university.

Degree choices include:
Fine Arts Degree
Visual or Performing Arts degree
Art Education Degree

Submissions are to be coordinated with the San Marcos High School’s Art Department and
Cabin 10, Inc.

Requirements:
 Completed local scholarship application provided by San Marcos High School (attached).
 submission of 3 photographs of art work from the students High School Art Portfolio.
 a short synopsis of goals and how the scholarship money will be utilized.
The scholarship will be awarded at the graduation ceremony at the end of the spring 2025
semester by a member of Cabin 10, Inc. Board of Directors

There is an individualized application for this scholarship as well as the SMHS application.
