About the Hagan Scholarship

  • Eligibility Requirements

    1. Must attend a high school located in the U.S.
    2. Eligible high schools include public, private, charter, magnet and STEM schools.
    3. Applicants who are not U.S. Citizens must be fluent in the English language.
    4. Must be in the high school graduating class.
    5. Must have achieved an unweighted 3.50 CGPA based on a 4.0 Grading Scale.
    6. Must enroll in an eligible four-year college or university the upcoming fall semester after high school graduation.
    7. Must maintain a four-year or less graduation schedule.
    8. Must work 240 hours from January 1 to September 1 prior to the start of the fall semester of each academic year. Work must be regularly scheduled employment performed under supervision for compensation. Employment can be full-time or part-time.
    9. Parents Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for the 2024 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have excluded $100,000.
    10. Applicants are not required to provide FAFSA information. Finalists must provide FASA information.
    11. Must apply for Federal and State grants if eligible.  

    Scholarship Amount: $60,000 (1200 awards given)
