PayrollOrg (formerly the American Payroll Association and Global Payroll Management Institute) will award one (1) $5,000 scholarship and two (2) $1,000 scholarships, open to high school juniors, seniors, and individuals pursuing or planning to pursue higher education or further learning. The scholarship program will run twice during 2026.

Scholarships will be awarded based on participants submitting an essay (1,000 words or less) or video (1-2 minutes in length). Why does understanding your paycheck matter, and how can it help set you up for a stronger financial future? Feel free to share personal examples.
