Improvement Plan Basics

The purpose of the district and campus improvement plan is ensure site-based decision making and to align the work of the schools to the district goals, using data to inform that work, for the improvement of student performance for all student groups in order to attain state and district standards with respect to achievement indicators. The DIP and CIPs are crucial parts of our district and campus-level fiscal accountability.
