The Student School Choice/Transfer Window for the 2025-2026 school year will open March 1, 2025, and will close May 1, 2025. 

The district will consider transfers outside the school choice /transfer window on a case-by-case situation. Please initiate this process with the campus you are requesting a transfer to.

The window for transfers is closed. 

Do you need to fill out a Student School Choice Transfer? 

• A new School Choice/Transfer request is necessary each and every year.

* Students approved for School Choice/Transfers will not be eligible to receive SMCISD Transportation Services.
