Mr. Doyle joined San Marcos CISD in 2014 as the Director of Career & Technical Education. He obtained the position of Director of State & Federal Programs in 2017, where he oversaw all grant and compensatory education programs. In this role, he spearheaded the program development/implementation as well as the fiscal monitoring for the ESSA grant, ESSER I, II & III grant, Perkins grant and SCE program. As SMCISD's Executive Director of Business & Finance, he is responsible for many aspects of the district's finances, including, but not limited to, oversight of the district's revenue projections, budgeting process and the district's procurement team. Doyle graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 and completed his master's degree in 2004 from Texas State University.
