The SMCISD safety department's top priority is to protect the lives of all students, staff, and visitors. We are committed to providing a safe learning environment through awareness, proactive student & staff training, and partnerships with local first responders & county agencies. The San Marcos Police Department and City Marshal's office provide a daily presence on all campuses to establish familiarity with students and campus layouts.
