We want to inform you that an individual was arrested this afternoon in the front parking lot during dismissal. This person violated an active Criminal Trespass Warning and had previously been warned multiple times to follow the SMCISD safety protocols. Law enforcement responded and took the individual into custody promptly.
At no time were students or staff in danger, and dismissal continued safely.
